The garden area was beautifully maintained and offered a serene escape for relaxation.

The staff was super awesome and totally went above and beyond for us! 👍 Room was clean and had a smart TV. Only downside was the shower size.

My one-night stay in the Beautiful Twin Room was excellent! The room was immaculate and provided an comfortable experience. The ambiance was peaceful, and I loved that I could choose my breakfast menu upon check-in.

My stay at Sea Shell Palms, Ocho Rios was delightful! The hospitality was outstanding, especially Ms. King, who was knowledgeable about local attractions. The breakfast choices were diverse, and the security staff, particularly Officer Richardo, made me feel incredibly safe and welcome.

I wished for a television in the bedroom.

Stayed in a Deluxe King Room for 3 nights. The room was great with good air conditioning and awesome amenities. Housekeeper Kadeisha did an amazing job—super friendly and kept it spotless. The security officer Richardo was also a highlight, always available and made us feel safe. Breakfast was excellent too, lots of fresh options. Only downside was the shower size, felt a bit cramped.
